外国留学生安全责任书
为了维护学校良好的学习秩序，保护留学生的人身安全，根据中国相关法律、法规及学校的有关规定，特对如下安全事项予以提醒。留学生如违反以下任何规定或忽略有关提醒，则须对所造成的后果承担相应的责任。
1、宿舍安全：遵守留学生宿舍管理规章制度，保持宿舍安静；不得大声播放音乐影响他人休息；不得擅自调换房间；不得向阳台或窗台外扔垃圾；不得酗酒；不得晚归；正确使用室内电器，离开宿舍请及时关闭浴霸、空调、电灯，切断电源。
2、财产安全：离开房间要锁好门窗，将贵重物品放置妥当，以免被盗。
3、交通安全：严格遵守交通规章制度，不使用摩托车；严禁无照驾驶机动车；严禁酒后驾车；严禁骑车带人；严禁超速行驶。
4、出行安全：一天以上离开学校需提前向辅导员报备，出行期间保管好护照、钱物等贵重物品，不打“黑车”。
5、食品安全：不在没有卫生许可证的摊点购买饮料和食品，自己烹饪时注意洗净烧熟。
6、心理安全：树立心理健康意识，增强心理调适能力，如有心理困惑，及时向辅导员咨询寻求帮助。
我已阅读以上安全责任事项，并愿意遵守上述规定。

Letter of Security responsibility for international students
To maintain good study order at the university, protect personal security of international students and ensure they can complete their schooling smoothly, this safety reminder is hereby provided in accordance with relevant Chinese laws, codes and relevant regulations of the university. International students who violate any of the following provisions or ignore the relevant safety tips must take appropriate consequences.
1. Comply with dormitory management rules and regulations: Please obey the rules of international students when living in dormitories on campus. Help make the dormitory a quiet and comfortable place. Do not speak loudly or play music and TV in high volume. Do not change the room casually. Don’t throw the rubbish from the window and balcony. Don’t intemperance, don’t come back to dormitory very late. Please use the electrical product properly and turn off the bath heater, air conditioner, lights when you leave the dormitory.
2. Strictly comply with property security: Please lock the door and close the windows after leaving the dormitory, and take care of the valuables.
3. Strictly comply with traffic rules and regulations: Do not ride motorcycles, and driving a motor vehicle without license, driving a car after drinking, driving rapidly on campus and carrying someone else while biking are all strictly prohibited.
4. Strictly comply with travel safety: taking a leave for more than one day, you need to tell your counselor(MS ZHOU or MS CHEN). And during the travel, do take care of your passport and valuable belongings. Besides, you’d better not take the unlicensed taxi.
5. Dietetic hygiene: Do not buy beverage and food from a stand that does not have a hygienic license. Have food washed clean and adequately cooked when cooking by yourself.
6. Prevention of psychological diseases: Build up a mental health consciousness, enhance psychological adjustability and adaptability. Once there is any questions, you can consult the counselor(MS ZHOU or MS CHEN) for help timely.
